What’s Working for Working Women Over 50
“More than half of women over 50 are working for pay, according to the nearly 1,000 Smithies who’ve answered our surveys,” say business consultants and Smith ’73 alumnae Debbie Ferro Burke and Diane Okrent. Following up on their popular alumnae webinar, "Smith Women Over 60," Debbie and Diane offer a new survey and webinar that takes a close look at women as they work in their 50's, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. Gathering information from women and employers, this survey and webinar takes a fresh look at success strategies as well as experiences, attitudes, needs and expectations about working later in life.

After registering, please take the following anonymous survey for the webinar by copying the link below and pasting it into your preferred browser:

Survey questions fall into the following categories:

· The effects of the pandemic on your current work situation
· Your thoughts about what work will look like for you in the future
· Demographics

Your specific survey responses are completely anonymous. You can complete the survey in about 14 minutes, about 20 if you comment extensively.
